Vehicle Manual Builder
an AI For Your Life exampleHow to use this app
- Type your number plate. Press "Build my manual" and the app finds your vehicle and its MOT history, then fills in as much of your manual as it can. Check the details and add your exact version. Not in the UK? Choose "Type the details myself".
- Get exact details with AI (for more confident users). Each section has a "Get the exact details for your vehicle with AI" option. It writes the question about your vehicle for you to use in ChatGPT or Claude, then you paste the answer back in. Would you like a hand? Ask a friend or family member who uses AI. If you can’t find anyone to help, why not come along to one of Kevin’s free sessions and ask him to help you afterwards.
- Work through the sections. Use the menu on the left — controls, specifications, maintenance, common faults, parts, history, clubs and more. Fill in as much or as little as you like.
- Get inspired. Open "📸 Gallery & Inspiration" to see photos of cars just like yours, from showroom-fresh to fully customised. Save your favourites to your own inspiration board.
- Tick the sections you want. Each section has a checkbox — only ticked sections are included when you print.
- Print or save as a PDF. Click "🖨️ Print / PDF" at any time to produce a printable manual from the sections you've ticked.
- Your data stays private. Everything is saved only in this browser, on this device. Use "Export backup" to keep a copy or move it to another device.
👋 This app was built entirely with AI. Try it for free — then get in touch if you'd like to learn how to build something like this, or have one built for you.
🔒 Private by design: everything you type is stored only on this device. AI For Your Life never sees it. If you use the number plate lookup, only the plate is sent, to the official DVSA MOT service.
